What is LockLatch™?
LockLatch™ is simply a lockable latch that allows you to leave any window or door open, but still locked.
Does LockLatch™ fit on any door?
Yes! LockLatch™ fits any door regardless of the type, size or the way it opens.

Is LockLatch™ adjustable?
Most definitely. LockLatch™ can be adjusted to anywhere between 9 cms and 17 cms. PetLatch™ can be adjusted between 16 and 24cms.
What is the largest possible gap?
For standard installations, the largest possible gap is 17 cms. However if you mount LockLatch™ on the outside of the frame, a gap of 24cms can be achieved. Use PetLatch™ if you want a gap of 16 to 24cms or 26cms if mounted on the outside of the frame as shown in these photographs.
What is the smallest gap?
The smallest possible gap is 9 cms, which is perfect gap size for ventilation.
Is LockLatch™ guaranteed?
Yes. There is a lifetime guarantee, so in the unlikely event that anything goes wrong, just return it to us and we'll replace it free of charge or give you refund.
Can I use LockLatch™ to give my cat access?
Can I use LockLatch™ to stop my windows and doors banging in the wind?
Certainly. By using LockLatch™ as a window restrictor
or door restrictor you can lock a window or door in the open position to prevent wind damage.
Can LockLatch™ be used to lock a window or door in the closed position?
Yes. As long as one of the footplates is mounted 8cms in from the frame.
How do I order my LockLatch™?
You can place your order only via our secure payment gateways and we'll deliver to your door via courier or Royal Mail.
Is LockLatch™ available in stores?
Not yet. As the inventor, manufacturer and retailer, we operate online in order to give our customers one-on-one service.
How will you deliver my LockLatch™ to me?
We usually deliver door-to-door by way of Royal Mail or courier to all major areas in the UK. If you live in a remote area, not to worry, we will still get your lock latch to you and notify you on any delivery price changes.
What are the delivery costs?
Within the UK, delivery is free if you purchase 3 or more units. If you buy 1 - 2 units the delivery cost will be £4.40.
What is your returns policy?
On receipt, if your not happy with your LockLatch™ or PetLatch™ simply return it to us, unused and in its original packaging, for a full product refund.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery takes 3-5 working days from receipt of your order.
Do you deliver outside of the UK?
Of course! If you live outside the UK, we can still deliver your LockLatch™, noting that we will give you a delivery quote for approval first.

What is LockLatch™ made from?
Toughened C304 stainless steel with a satin finish, making it rust resistant. It’s also easy to spray paint with paint available from your local hardware store.
Can I fit LockLatch™ to an Aluminium Window/Door?
Yes. LockLatch™ lock latches fit any aluminium window or door, whichever way it opens.
Can I fit LockLatch™ to wooden Window/Door?
Yes. LockLatch™ lock latches fit any wooden window or door, whichever way it opens.
Can I use LockLatch™ on my boat to secure the hatches?
Yes. LockLatch™ lock latches can be used to secure any boat hatch.
Can I use LockLatch™ on my caravan to secure the doors and windows?
Can LockLatch™ be used as well as burglar bars.
Yes, in fact adding a lock latch adds an additional layer of security and makes it difficult for a burglar to open a window wide enough to break out, or saw through your burglar bars.
Can a thief break through a LockLatch™?
Yes, a determined thief with a plan of action and the right tools could break through a LockLatch™, however it is a great deterrent to prevent opportunistic theft.
My lock is jammed in the open position, what's the problem?
It's very possible that you've overwound the lock in the anticlockwise direction.
How can I fix it when I’ve overwound the lock?
Insert the key, make sure it's engaged, then give the key a sharp turn clockwise - that should do the trick.
