How to install a LockLatch- DIY WINDOW RESTRICTORS AND DOOR LATCHES

LockLatch is designed to fit easily onto any type of window or door, and this means that it is also really simple to install no matter how or where you intend to use it. It can be easily attached to any material including wood, metal, aluminium or PVC in a few minutes with the parts provided, a couple of tools, and some DIY. Because of the similar design of the LockLatch, PetLatch and MiniLatch, all three have the same installation process.

Tools you’ll need to install a LockLatch device

LockLatch installs in minutes with just a few simple tools. If you are installing onto a wooden door, you will need a pencil to mark the drill holes, a drill for the pilot holes, and a flat head screwdriver. If you are installing onto metal or PVC you will need a rivet gun instead of a screwdriver.
